ARE YOU SERIOUS?????

Ok as most of you know I love listening to kfi am 640. It is the most entertaining talk radio station ever! Anyway, I'm driving home and I hear a news clip about a paralyzed man going into different restaurants and filing law suits for violations.  So the guys on the radio are pissed saying he's a crook, blah, blah, blah, and I'm thinking well if the restaurants are violating the Americans With Disabilities act then what's the problem?  I thought that was his job. I thought he was a city employee or something.


Ok so I found out I was DEAD wrong! Apparently this guy has filed about 500 frivolous law suits against small mom and pop type restaurants claiming they are in violation of this act.  Here's the truth, he never stepped foot, I mean, he never even visited some of these restaurants.  Unfortunately, some of them are such small businesses, instead of fighting the lawsuit, they would just agree to settle. He and his partner in crime attorney make thousands of dollars and so on and so forth. 


Now here's his background:
1) illegal alien
2) became paralyzed after falling from an avocado tree while drunk
3) 3 time felon
4) did I mention he's ILLEGAL
5) admits to buying fake social security numbers off the street
6)HE'S AN ILLEGAL ALIEN!!!!!!


UMMMM, WHY IN THE HELL IS HE STILL HERE? AND WHY IS HE ABLE TO DO THIS? I mean seriously, is this the "American way?"  Absolutely not! This right here, is complete bullsh*t! One of the restaurants he accused of having a mirror 2 inches too high, that he supposedly frequented 4 times, had a full length mirror, AND, he  was never seen on surveillance tape for those 4 days! 


I am so disgusted with our justice system. Justice never seems to be served!
