Radio Funny

So as I've mentioned before, I love listening to KFI AM640. So as I was listening this morning they talked about a couple of things that I thought were pretty funny, unfortunate, but funny. Now I know my blog is primarily about family, but I just had to talk about it.

In Florida, a man solicited a prostitute, but when he saw her jacked up grill, he changed his mind.  I guess she wasn't having that and took his check book and $78 out of his pocket. Ok first of all, what in the hell did he expect from her? It's not like he took the time to hire a high end escort. Anyway, he called the police, she went to jail for a felony. Wait, a felony? Hmmm I thought it was only a felony if the amount taken was 5k or more? So he doesn't get in trouble for trying to get a hooker since he is the victim of a felonious crime. I don't agree with that, it's not like she had a weapon.

Then in Mississippi a man held his mom hostage for six hours at gun point because she refused to iron his shirt. SAY WHAT NOW? This is just ridiculous! He claimed that is a woman's job and was pissed at his mom. Ok people are really losing their minds nowadays. There is no way in hell I'm going to iron my grown ass son's shirt unless I'm in a friendly kind of mood. Hell I barely iron anything now! He either needs to invest in wrinkle free clothes or figure out where the nearest cleaners is! Isn't it hot and humid in Mississippi? Those wrinkles would have fallen out in no time! I guess he wasn't on his way to work though, holding her hostage for six hours or he was late as fuck! Sorry for the use of  bad language, but I'm in that kind of mood today.

And backto Florida some guy got busted in jail with some prescription drugs wrapped around his member with a rubberband. He got busted because the rubberband snapped right in front of a correctional officer and dropped on the floor. How awckward.

Anyway, these kinds of stories, along with more serious news, keep me tuned in to KFI AM640. I love talk radio. It's informative and makes you think of things in a way you might not have before. Stay posted for more radio funnies in the future.

  1. Bill Handel is a pretty funny guy. If you ever listen in the afternoon Tim Conway is even funnier. i.e. the segment titled, "what the hell did Jessie jackson just say"..
